I have over 35 years of experience as a body-worker, teacher and workshop facilitator. I offer my skill set to create workshops that meet the needs and vision of my client, whether on a personal or professional level.
With experience working in many diverse environments, from corporate businesses to festivals and Hen parties, I offer bespoke workshops designed for your own personal event.
These include holistic dance, drum healing, meditation, (inside and outside), and using the Power Stone Cards for creative self-expression and personal development. Workshops are tailored to the mood and level you require and I collaborate with other practitioners, where required, to provide a more varied programme of learning.
