Hi, I’m Lisa. I set up Rainbow Shaman as a platform for sharing skills and education to enhance health and well-being through creative and spiritual pathways.
I have over 35 years experience working in the field of alternative health. I am passionate about sharing skills to improve mental health and well-being through movement, meditation, creative expression, drumming and sacred land connection.
