About ME
I am originally from Essex but currently live in Dorset. Like most people, the experiences of growing up shaped me and my outlook. But I have spent many years learning how to heal and evolve through creativity, expression, spirituality and earth wisdom.

BACKGROUND
Creativity has always provided me with an outlet for self-expression. I grew up in a house which loved music and although I felt the ‘wrong shape’ to do ballet, I took much joy in making up dance routines with friends and dancing at any given opportunity.
Keeping diaries from the age of ten was the beginnings of my journaling and writing poems, a way of processing teen angst.
At 14, someone lent me a Pentax 35mm camera. This opened up my world to photography. I spent hours wandering in woodland near my home and nature became my haven.
I did not see myself as an artist either but found solace in painting as a young woman when I suffered with mental health.
I see now that creative expression has been my saviour and an outlet that has helped me in so many ways.
DANCE MEDICINE
My growing interest in the field of alternative health began following an accident in my early 20’s. My love of dancing was also re-kindled after discovering the holistic movement and dance scene in the 90’s. I found ways to move and exercise, whilst at the same time, working with my physical limitations and in a more mindful way. I started meditating too which helped me ground and centre myself each day also opening me to spiritual development.
In 2000, I travelled to Ireland to train over two years as a teacher in ‘Dancing The Rainbow’. This holistic movement and dance practice used the chakra system, (body’s energy centre’s), as a framework for self-expression, embodiment and healing. The course ignited my passion for movement and connecting with the land. It inspired my my painting stones which later became the basis for The Power Stone Cards. It also provided me with the foundations for Rainbow Shaman Dance.
MY WORK
I worked in care as a young person and studied and practiced both reflexology and acupressure chair massage in London and for the NHS in Essex, after the birth of my son.
After re-locating to Dorset, I initially set up workshops in dance and meditation and in 2010, began practicing alternative therapies and giving Power Stone Readings from home. I also trained in Reiki I, Reiki II and Reiki Masters/Teacher Degree, Rahanni Celestial Healing, Reiki Drum Technique and completed courses in tarot, shamanic study, developing clairvoyancy and aura, crystal and colour healing.
I now promote my teaching and skills for developing self-expansion and personal growth through all the channels I have learnt and via Rainbow Shaman Workshops and One-Ones.
HEALING WITH ART
I have always seen what I call ‘Spirit’ and mum always had awareness of the ‘otherworld’ and grew up around her Romany Grandma “reading the tea leaves”. I have developed this connection over the years within all areas of my work for readings, healing etc.
But I like to act as a channel working with paint for my Intuitive Art. I take commissions for others and often use my work as backdrops with my poetry, spiritual insights and photos.
You will find some of this inspiration in the Shop where you can also buy my Power Stone Cards.
Mum also paints and loves colour and hope to include her some of her work alongside my own in the in the near future.
IN NOAH’S MEMORY
I have used all the tools of my dance, art, meditation and spirituality to cope and find some relief from losing my son in January 2022. Noah was a gifted and talented artist, as well being a deeply inspiring to those who loved and knew him. I hope, when I am able, to create a space to inspire other’s creative and spiritual learning in his name.
EARTH WISDOM
Much of my inspiration also comes from my love of connection to the land, sacred sites, ‘shamanic’ perspectives and honouring earth in sacred and tribal ways. This re-wilding of our relation to healing ourselves and our bodies surely correlates with the collective healing of our planet in these times.
I love to take others out into nature and help them connect more deeply within to their surroundings and to find healing and release. Check out Workshops for group events and you can follow me on the social media links at the bottom of the page for tips on connecting in nature or sign up to the Member’s Page coming soon for my monthly offerings.
Here’s to sharing our experience, strength and hope creatively with our stories, songs, performances, art, movements, dance, words and hearts to inspire, uplift and empower our consciousness and humanity in humility and love.
Thank you to all my teachers, both in this realm and the next and thanks to all those who inspire and support me to continue the journey.

‘This Ebb & Flow ‘
With only the present moment
In which to hide our gaze
A shield and refuge from this living scare
Stealing captured moments
With appreciation and love
Resting between battle and reformation
We watch and savour every beat
Of the gull’s wing
This gift of this learning
To trust in the ebb and flow
Of Life’s whisper
