Chakra Dance Workshops
I qualified as a teacher in ‘Dancing The Rainbow’ in Ireland in 2002. I run workshops using the chakras, (energy centres in body), as a framework for exploring somatic movement, dance, meditation and creative expression.
What I Offer
I create Chakra Dance Journey workshops aimed at bringing people together for enjoyment and learning in a supportive environment. I offer inclusive, fun and motivational learning tailored to meet your personal requirements for your business, festival, retreat, event or personal celebration.
A workshop can also include meditation, relaxation, creative expression, drumming and deeper bodywork or be themed in line with your event. I collaborate and can bring in other facilitators experienced in their field if requested. (for example additional sound bath, readings, treatments etc.)
