Developing your personal and spiritual interests is a very personal and individual journey.    I try to teach and share what I have learnt to help get you started and then encourage you to build upon expanding this knowledge with the tools you have learnt, by yourself.

This supports self-empowerment and  helps one take a more active role in learning and means you can continue using the tools without me!

But you can book as many sessions as you wish and the areas of interest may all inter-weave, depending upon what you wish to achieve and how I may help.

In short, I try to support and expand your learning in your area of interest and draw on over 35 years of experience as a body-worker, teacher and workshop facilitator. I also integrate skills and knowledge from my healing practice and personal journey too.

Subject areas I cover include:

  • Learning to heal and raise your vibration through voice, sound and your chakras
  • Connecting with the medicine of your drum
  • Learning how to dowse for healing and health
  • Creating and maintaining a sacred space within and around you i.e. at home, work
  • Learning how to use meditation and visualisation tools for deeper energetic work  e. releasing soul and body trauma, changing outmoded patterns of belief, dealing with addictive relationships and behaviours etc.
  • Working with my Power Stone Cards for healing and self-empowerment
  • Deepening your connection to nature and the land
  • Life and soul path mentoring
  • Deepening your meditation & spiritual practice

Cost: x 60 mins. – £60

Course x 6 1hr. sessions paid for in advance – £55 per session (£330)

Available on-line or in person. An initial conversation maybe had before signing up for any of my course of six sessions.
